针对渤海油田聚驱采油污水处理现状,研究出电化学降解除油一体化技术,形成“旋流混合加药→电化学除油→斜管除油→核桃壳过滤”的工艺流程,并加工成一套撬装式含聚污水处理装置,在海上油田开展含聚污水矿场实验。结果表明,电化学处理工艺除油率98%以上,与清水剂协同作用效果显著,在清水剂加量50~150 mg/L时,滤后水含油8~18 mg/L、粒径中值1.9~2.26μm、固体悬浮物1.39~2.09 mg/L,全面达到现场注水水质标准。
Aiming at the status quo of poly-oil recovery wastewater treatment in Bohai Oilfield, an integrated technology of electrochemical degradation and degreasing was developed to form the technological process of “swirling mixed dosing → electrochemical degreasing → inclined pipe degreasing → walnut shell filtration” Processed into a set of skid-mounted poly-containing sewage treatment plant, carried out in the offshore oilfield containing polluted water mine experiment. The results showed that the efficiency of the electrochemical treatment was 98%. The synergistic effect with the water-purifying agent was remarkable. When the amount of the water-clearing agent was 50-150 mg / L, the water content of the filtered water was 8-18 mg / L, the median diameter 1.9 ~ 2.26μm, solid suspended solids 1.39 ~ 2.09 mg / L, fully meet the field water quality standards.
