使用柴油作为燃料,沙层作为多孔介质,实验研究了沙油质量比及沙子粒径对浸油沙层的闪点和燃点的影响。实验结果表明,当沙子粒径不变时,随着沙油质量比的变化,由于油品膨胀和毛细作用的原因,柴油的闪点和燃点出现最小值。沙子粒径的大小对混合物的闪点和燃点也有影响。随着沙子粒径增加,由于沙子缝隙的储油能力增大和毛细作用减弱,最小闪点与燃点对应的沙油质量比增加,且当沙油质量比较大时,混合物的闪点和燃点增大。
Using diesel fuel as fuel and sand as porous media, the effect of sand mass ratio and sand particle size on flash point and flash point of oil immersed sand was studied experimentally. The experimental results show that when the particle size of sand is constant, the flash point and ignition point of diesel oil appear the minimum due to the expansion of oil products and the capillary action due to the change of sand oil mass ratio. The size of the sand particle also has an effect on the flash point and ignition temperature of the mixture. With the increase of sand particle size, the sand oil mass ratio corresponding to the minimum flash point and ignition point increased due to the increase of oil storage capacity and capillary action of the sand gap, and when the quality of sand oil was relatively large, the flash point and ignition point of the mixture increased .
