年前,中共四川省委党校组织召开了“社会主义市场经济与党的民主集中制”理论研讨会,参加会议的有省社科联、《四川党的建设》杂志社的同志和本校教研人员、地(市)县从事组织工作的学员。与会同志联系学习十四届四中全会《决定》精神进行了探讨。 与会者认为,民主集中制作为我们党的根本组织制度和领导制度,是一种科学的合理的有效率的制度。只有坚持民主集中制,我们党才能从组织上形成统一的坚强 Years ago, the CPC Sichuan Provincial Party School held a seminar on the theory of “socialist market economy and party’s democratic centralism”. At the meeting, there were Provincial Federation of Social Sciences, “Sichuan Party Building” magazine comrades and our teaching staff, (City) county engaged in organizational work of students. The participants discussed the spirit of the “Decision” of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee. Attendees believe that it is a scientific, reasonable and efficient system for democratic centralism to be the fundamental organizational system and leadership system for our party.
