目的:研究合理使用成分血,对上消化道出血患者治疗的效果及对患者的影响.方法:选取63例实施输血治疗的上消化道出血患者,在2019年3月至2021年3月期间于本院接受治疗,分为参考组(31例实施常规输血方案)和试验组(32例实施定制输血方案),对比两组患者各项临床指标.结果:输血后,试验组血小板检测相较于参考组更具显著性(P<0.05);参考组患者的凝血酶原时间及活化部分凝血活酶时间相较于试验组更具显著性(P<0.05).结论:对上消化道出血患者治疗时实施合理使用成分血,可最大程度上降低患者的痛苦,提高血小“,”Objective:To study the rational use of blood components, the effect of the treatment of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding and the impact on the patients.
