在安东诺夫矿开采石英岩时应用了5型火焰钻机。石英岩的化学组成为:SiO_298.2%、Al_2O_3 0.68%、Fe_2O_3 0.43%。石英岩矿体构造的特点是被许多裂缝分割得四分五裂。这些裂缝的大小及密度是极其不一的。石英岩的裂缝现象会严重影响工艺过程的每一个环节。例如,用机械方法钻孔时,会导致孔壁坍落;它也会降低火焰钻孔的效率。但是从另一个角度讲,裂缝却有利于用爆破方法破碎矿体。对于安东诺夫矿的条件来说,裂缝是一个不良现象。裂缝多,商品级石英(大小为25~90毫米)的出成率就会降低。目前,这一出成率约为40%。
Type 5 flame rig was used at the mining of Quartzite at Antonov. The chemical composition of quartzite is: SiO_298.2%, Al_2O_3 0.68%, Fe_2O_3 0.43%. Quartzite ore body structure is characterized by many cracks split into pieces. The size and density of these cracks are extremely different. Quartzite cracks can seriously affect the process of every aspect. For example, drilling holes mechanically can cause the walls to slump; it also reduces the efficiency of flame drilling. But from another angle, the cracks are good for breaking the ore body by the blasting method. Cracks are a bad thing for Antonov mine conditions. Cracks and more, commercial quartz (25 to 90 mm in size) will yield a lower rate. At present, this rate is about 40%.
