一、新媒体的层级性、演进性阶段特征新媒体概念,始于20世纪60年代末。1967年美国哥伦比亚广播电视网技术研究所所长、NTSC电视制式的发明者戈尔德马克,在其关于商业化开发电子录像的计划书中最早提出了新媒体概念。1969年,美国传播政策总统特别委员会向尼克松提交的内部报告中,也多处提及新媒体概念。从那时起,新媒体开始从概念到实体,并且不断更新、演化,到今天愈演愈烈,甚至已经成为了理解这个时代的关键词。
First, the new media, the level of evolution of stage characteristics of new media concepts, began in the late 1960s. Goldmark, director of the 1967 Institute of Technology for Broadcasting Networks in the United States of Columbia and inventor of the NTSC television system, first proposed the concept of new media in his proposal for the commercial development of electronic video. In 1969, the internal report submitted to the Nixon by the U.S. Presidential Special Advocacy Policy also made many references to the concept of new media. Since then, new media has evolved from concept to entity, and has been continuously updated and evolved to the present day. It has even become a key word for understanding this era.
