目的 :建立复方氯霉素软膏中氯霉素的含量测定方法。方法 :采用紫外分光光度法测定氯霉素的含量。结果 :氯霉素浓度在 5～ 30 μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好 (r =1.0 0 0 0 ) ,氯霉素的平均回收率为 10 0 .2 1% ,RSD =0 .75 % (n =5 )。结论 :本方法操作简便、快速、结果准确。可用于复方氯霉素软膏的质量控制 Objective: To establish a method for the determination of chloramphenicol in compound chloramphenicol ointment. Methods: The content of chloramphenicol was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results: The linearity of chloramphenicol in the range of 5 ~ 30 μg · ml-1 was good (r = 1.0 0 0 0). The average recoveries of chloramphenicol were 10.21% and RSD = 0.75% (n = 5). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate. Can be used for compound chloramphenicol ointment quality control
