侧向偏置程序简称SLOP,允许带有横向偏置的航空器在航线中心向右平行偏置,目的是为了提供较大的安全余度,降低了航空器在空中相撞的风险。侧向偏置程序在航空指挥中得到了良好的应用,大大提高了管制安全性,逐渐成为世界标准。本文主要分析侧向偏置程序在我国航空区域管理中的实际应用。
The Lateral Offset Procedure, called SLOP, allows aircraft with lateral bias to be offset to the right parallel to the center of the route in order to provide greater safety margin and reduce the risk of aircraft colliding in the air. The lateral bias procedure has been well applied in aviation command, greatly improving regulatory safety and gradually becoming the world standard. This article mainly analyzes the practical application of the lateral bias procedure in China’s aviation regional management.
