以蒸馏水浸种作对照(CK),初步研究了5 mg/L S3307与2.5 mg/L DTA-6复配后浸种对水稻秧苗抗逆能力的调节作用。结果表明:S3307和DTA-6复配后浸种可以明显提高秧苗的可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量,增加可溶性蛋白质含量但并不改变其种类,降低MDA含量,增加SOD和CAT活性,从而增强水稻秧苗抵抗逆境的能力。
The soaking of distilled water was used as control (CK), and the preliminary study was carried out to study the regulatory effect of soaking seeds with 5 mg / L S3307 and 2.5 mg / L DTA-6 on the resilience of rice seedlings. The results showed that the soaking of S3307 and DTA-6 could significantly increase the soluble sugar and proline content of seedlings and increase the content of soluble protein, but did not change its type, decrease the content of MDA and increase the activity of SOD and CAT, The ability to resist adversity.
