建立了电子膨胀阀内制冷剂两相流动的物理模型,应用双流体模型数值求解,得出了节流过程压力场、汽液两相速度场及干度的详细分布,并总结出流量—压差曲线。计算结果与实验曲线吻合较好。
The physical model of two-phase flow of refrigerant in electronic expansion valve was established. The numerical simulation of two-fluid model was used to get the detailed distribution of pressure field, velocity field and dryness of vapor-liquid two-phase flow. Poor curve. The calculated results agree well with the experimental curves.
