为考察38CrSi钢的环境适应性,在我国6个典型试验场站开展6个月环境大气暴露试验,通过考察锈层的形貌、结构和腐蚀质量损失,研究38CrSi钢的大气暴露早期腐蚀行为。结果表明:38CrSi钢在不同环境下的腐蚀形态存在巨大差异;试样在拉萨、漠河和西双版纳3个试验站的腐蚀呈现双锈层结构,在厦门试验站具有明显的点蚀特征,在万宁试验站产生强烈的腐蚀;影响38CrSi钢大气腐蚀速率的地域排序为万宁>江津>厦门>西双版纳>拉萨>漠河。
In order to investigate the environmental adaptability of 38CrSi steel, 6 months atmospheric exposure test was carried out in 6 typical test stations in China. The corrosion and erosion of 38CrSi steel were studied by investigating the morphology, structure and corrosion loss of rust layer. The results show that the corrosion morphology of 38CrSi steel varies greatly under different environments. The corrosion of the samples in the three stations of Lhasa, Mohe and Xishuangbanna shows a double-rust layer structure, with obvious pitting corrosion characteristics at Xiamen Experimental Station. The corrosion rate of 38CrSi steel was ranked as Wanning> Jiangjin> Xiamen> Xishuangbanna> Lhasa> Mohe.
