Zhang Yunquan, director of the Complaints and Visiting Bureau of Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province, said: “A man must be like a man and an officer should not be an officer.” If a stone arouses a thousand waves, it draws media attention. The focus of the discussion is on whether officials should look like officials. Zhang Yunquan is advocating “an officer can not be like an officer,” so he rode his bicycle to work and went to repair the toilet when he went to manure pool, in the reception and handling of petitions are always indemnity to lose money ... ... Some officers travel a car , Accommodation into the hotel, eating into the restaurant, weekdays, “spotless”, and occasionally make a face-lift with the masses is to get the tune, showing some “different” look. Compared with them, Zhang Yunquan really is too unlike an official.
