[目的]探讨鸡血藤乙醇提取物对四氯化碳所致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用.[方法]取昆明系雄性小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、鸡血滕乙醇提取物大、中、小剂量(120,60,30mg/kg)组.于腹腔注射给予四氯化碳18h后检测各组血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)活性及肝组织丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量,并行肝组织病理学检查.[结果]与模型对照组比较,鸡血藤乙醇提取物中、大剂量组ALT,AST活性明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);鸡血滕乙醇提取物大、中、小剂量组肝组织SOD,GSH水平明显增高(P<0.05),MDA含量明显降低(P<0.001).HE染色结果显示,鸡血藤乙醇提取物各剂量组肝组织损伤程度较模型对照组轻,且随剂量的增加肝细胞坏死程度呈减轻趋势.[结论]鸡血藤乙醇提取物对四氯化碳所致小鼠急性肝损伤有保护作用.
[Objective] To investigate the protective effect of ethanol extract of hemp vine on carbon tetrachloride-induced acute liver injury in mice. [Methods] Male Kunming mice were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, (120, 60, 30mg / kg) groups were given intraperitoneal injection of carbon tetrachloride for 18h, then the activity of ALT and AST and the activity of hepatic tissue C (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione (GSH) were detected by immunohistochemical method and histopathological examination of liver was performed. [Results] Compared with the model control group, (P <0.05, P <0.01). The contents of SOD and GSH in the liver, middle and small dose of ethanol extract of chicken blood group were significantly increased (P <0.05) and the content of MDA <0.001) .HE staining results show that the ethanol extract of hemp liver tissue damage in each dose group lighter than the model control group, and with the increase in the dose of hepatocyte necrosis showed a decreasing trend. [Conclusion] hemp vine ethanol extract Carbon tetrachloride-induced acute liver injury in mice have a protective effect.
