刨链在链道中牵引刨头运行时受力复杂,通过对刨头阻力、刨链摩擦阻力和刨链预紧力进行分析,研究了溜槽转角对刨链受力的影响,并找出在预紧力作用下上链与下链的最大受力点;利用计算机编程对BH38/2×630型刨煤机采用的准38 mm×137 mm刨链受力进行仿真,得到了前后刨链的受力及其变化规律,并找出了刨链回转接头衬套与挂环的应力分布。
