为了综合分析国产内燃机车直流牵引电动机的常见故障及其对电机可靠性的影响,建立了牵引电动机故障及原因Petri网模型。通过该模型完成了牵引电动机故障及原因的定量分析与排序,找出了影响牵引电动机可靠性的2个主要因素:一是来自轨道及传动齿轮啮合引起的机械振动;二是电机随使用年限的增长导致固有可靠性下降。这一结论对牵引电机生产厂家和运用部门提高牵引电动机的可靠性具有一定借鉴意义。
In order to comprehensively analyze the common failures of DC traction motors for domestic diesel locomotives and their impact on the reliability of the motors, a Petri nets model of traction motor failure and cause is established. Through the model, the quantitative analysis and sequencing of the traction motor fault and its causes were completed, and the two main factors affecting the reliability of the traction motor were found out: first, the mechanical vibration caused by the meshing between the gear and the transmission gear; secondly, Growth leads to a decline in inherent reliability. This conclusion has some reference to the traction motor manufacturers and the use of departments to improve the reliability of the traction motor.
