ＱＳ—０４杀菌剂是以大分子季胺盐、抗凝剂和渗透剂为主要组分的粘泥剥离杀菌剂。根据ＱＳ—０４杀菌剂的小试、中试和工业试验的主要结果，从杀菌剥离机理和试验方面论述了ＱＳ—０４杀菌剂的研制和应用情况。试验结果表明，ＱＳ—０４杀菌剂具有良好的杀菌性能，在循环冷却水的粘泥剥离上有其优势，其药剂杀菌、粘泥剥离的综合效果与日本栗田公司Ａ—４９６相当，适用于敞开式和密闭式循环水系统。
QS-04 fungicide is macromolecule quaternary ammonium salt, anticoagulant and penetrant as the main component of sludge decontamination agent. According to the main results of QS-04 fungicides in pilot, pilot and industrial tests, the development and application of QS-04 fungicides were discussed from the mechanism of sterilization and test. The test results show that, QS-04 fungicides have good bactericidal properties, in circulating cooling water slime stripping has its advantages, the agent sterilization, slime stripping the combined effect of Japan’s Kurita A-496 equivalent for open Closed and closed water system.
