99mTc-DTPA测得空勤人员肾小球滤过率与血浆内皮素含量的关系

观察飞行员肾小球滤过率 (GFR)特点及其与血浆内皮素 (ET)含量的关系。方法采用单光子发射计算机断层摄影术 (SPECT) ,用99m锝 -二乙撑三胺五乙酸 ( 99mTC DTPA)示踪剂 ,与放射免疫分析法 (RIA)结合 ,对 46名飞行员 ,30名地勤人员和 30名肾病病人 (均为男性 )进行GFR和ET含量测定 ,并分析它们之间的关系。结果飞行员ET与GFR无相关 ,飞行员与地勤人员肾功能无差别。肾病病人ET明显高于飞行员和地勤人员 ,GFR明显低于飞行员和地勤人员。年龄与肾总GFR存在负相关(r =- 0 .85,P <0 .0 1 )。 31岁以上年龄组飞行员ET含量较地勤组有显著性差别。结论本试验结果提示 ,飞行员、地勤人员的GFR的正常参考值可用同一标准。飞行员体内一定范围ET的升高对肾功能无影响。 To observe the characteristics of glomerular filtration rate (GFR) in pilots and its relationship with plasma endothelin (ET) content. Methods Single-photon emission computerized tomography (SPECT) was used in combination with radioimmunoassay (RIA) with 99m Tcn-diethylenetriaminepentacetic acid (99mTC DTPA) tracer to detect 46 pilots, 30 ground handling Personnel and 30 patients with kidney disease (both men) were measured GFR and ET content, and analyze the relationship between them. Conclusion The results of this test suggest that the normal reference values ​​for the GFR of pilots and ground crew may use the same standard. Pilots within a certain range of ET has no effect on renal function.
