在黄土丘陵沟壑区,进行沟壑土坝设计,其洪水演算,多采用积浅图解法或概化过程线法,因手续较烦,往往在设计过程中,耗费很多的劳动力和时间,影响工作效率。陕北沟壑土坝施工,曾由原西北黄河工程局作过一些标准设计。对于放流滞洪的演算,是采取用实际洪水过程线所推求之概化过程线,来推算没有观测资料时的实际洪水过程线,以确定最大泄洪量滞洪库容,以简化计算手续。但因划过程线和其他曲线图的步骤不能省略,仍较费事。推求概化过程线
