本文通过曲线拟合法,分别对活化极化控制的腐蚀体系弱极化区的极化曲线以及恒电流充电曲线的实验数据进行数学解析。应用迭代的最小二乘技术,按FORTRAN语言编制源程序,用电子计算机分析电化学测试的极化数据,求出金属的腐蚀速度和其他电化学参数。列举了两个方法应用的实例,介绍了实验方法,并分别分析和讨论了这两种方法的可靠性、适用范围和影响测试的因素。
In this paper, by means of curve fitting method, the polarization curves and the experimental data of galvanostatic charge curves of the polarization system under the activation polarization control are respectively analyzed mathematically. Using iterative least-squares technique, the source program is compiled according to FORTRAN language, the polarization data of electrochemical test is analyzed by electronic computer, and the corrosion rate of metal and other electrochemical parameters are obtained. The examples of application of two methods are listed, the experimental methods are introduced, and the reliability, scope and factors of the two methods are analyzed and discussed respectively.
