北京市朝阳水利工程公司(简称BCHEC)成立于1987年4月,是朝阳区唯一的集设计、项目管理、工程施工于一体的水利水电工程及市政公用工程施工总承包二级资质的现代化企业,北京市水利学会会员单位。2000年9月通过ISO9000质量体系认证。2003年10月换版升级为GB/T19001-2000idt ISO 9001:2000标准质量管理体系认证、GB/T28001-2001～OHSAS 18001: 1999职业健康安全管理体系认证和GB/T24001-1996idt ISO14001:1996环境管理体系认证。
Founded in April 1987, Beijing Chaoyang Water Conservancy Engineering Co., Ltd. (BCHEC for short) is the only modern enterprise in Chaoyang District that has the second-class qualifications of water conservancy and hydropower engineering and municipal public works contracting integrating design, project management and construction. Beijing Institute of Water Resources member units. September 2000 passed ISO9000 quality system certification. October 2003 for the upgrade to GB / T19001-2000idt ISO 9001: 2000 standard quality management system certification, GB / T28001-2001 ~ OHSAS 18001: 1999 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification and GB / T24001-1996idt ISO14001: 1996 Environmental Management System Certification.
