利用Ti-Co合金在1373~1723K、0.9~5.4ks的接合条件下对常压烧结SiC陶瓷进行真空液相扩散连接.接头中形成了CoSi、CoTi2、TiC和Ti5Si3Cx反应相.剪切试验结果表明,接头的最大强度达60MPa.
The pressureless sintered SiC ceramic was vacuum liquid phase diffusion bonded with Ti-Co alloy under the bonding conditions of 1373 ~ 1723K and 0.9 ~ 5.4ks. The joints formed CoSi, CoTi2, TiC and Ti5Si3Cx reaction phases. Shear test results show that the maximum strength of joints up to 60MPa.
