我厂在制造工具过程中常发生断裂现象,不仅使国家财产受到损失,而且影响了生产的顺利进行。近年来,我们分析了工具断裂的主要原因,基本解决了问题。一、非金属夹杂物聚集的影响非金属夹杂物在钢中绝大部份是沿晶界分布,严重聚集时大大降低钢材的强度和塑性,钢轧制后非金属夹杂物沿轧制方向成链锁状分布,不但增加了钢的机械性能异向性,而且易引起微观应力集中,这就增加了钢的裂纹敏感性,特别是硫化物和磷化物的热脆和冷脆影响更大。
