介绍了金属模板及其同步增力脱模机构在煤矿立井井筒筑壁施工中的作用及重要性,并分析了传统同步增力脱模机构存在的问题,针对这一问题,提出改进方案,将改进后的脱模机构与传统的脱模机构进行了比较,发现其增大了模板的有效收缩间距和脱模力,改善了金属模板的脱模性能,为其研究和改进提供了理论依据,有利于提高矿井使用的安全可靠性。
This paper introduces the role and importance of the metal formwork and its synchronous force stripping mechanism in the wall construction of coal mine shaft and analyzes the problems existing in the conventional synchronous force stripping mechanism. In view of this problem, The improved stripping mechanism is compared with the conventional stripping mechanism and found that it increases the effective shrinkage spacing and stripping force of the template and improves the stripping performance of the metal template and provides a theoretical basis for its research and improvement. Will help to improve the safety and reliability of the mine.
