一、前言目前,在国内小批量或多品种混流生产的涂劳场合,空气喷涂还占主导地位。开发和推广使用手工静电喷涂技术及手提式静电喷涂装备代替普通空气喷涂,对提高涂装的经济效益及改善作业环境具有很大意义。第一汽车制造厂和北京静电计备厂,在广泛吸取国外静电喷涂技术经验的基础上,采用国内器件、原材料及生产工艺,研制成SJQ 型手提式静电喷涂装备,填补了国内空白,试用效果良好。现将该喷涂装备简要作一介绍。二、结构、技术参数和工作原理1.结构喷枪的结构如图1所示。2.技术参数①喷枪技术参数喷枪技术参数见表1。②高压静电发生器技术参数型号:GJF—60型 I.
