通过对合金特性分析,确定出以金属Bi替代铅的黄铜合金组成,并对合金的熔铸及加工特性进行分析和工艺试验,产品冷、热加工性能较好,车削性能基本达到C3604的水平。
By analyzing the characteristics of the alloy, the composition of the brass alloy with the metal Bi instead of lead was determined and the casting and processing characteristics of the alloy were analyzed and tested. The cold and hot workability of the product was good and the turning performance basically reached the level of C3604.
