研究了3%NaCl溶液中碳-铜短路体系的接触腐蚀行为。测定了铜片与碳棒以各种面积比进行短路接触时铜的腐蚀电流、电偶电流和腐蚀电位。结果表明,该腐蚀属阴极氧去极化型腐蚀,与不锈钢-碳钢短路体系的腐蚀行为非常相似。同时还用极化测量对该溶液中碳-铜短路体系的接触腐蚀及其缓蚀剂的评定方法进行了探讨,取得了较好的结果。
The contact corrosion behavior of carbon-copper short-circuit system in 3% NaCl solution was studied. The corrosion current, galvanic current and corrosion potential of copper were measured when copper and carbon rod were short-circuited in various area ratios. The results show that the corrosion is anodic oxygen depolarization corrosion, corrosion and stainless steel - carbon steel short-circuit corrosion behavior is very similar. At the same time, the contact corrosion of the carbon-copper short-circuit system in this solution and the evaluation method of its corrosion inhibitor were also discussed with the polarization measurement, and the better results were obtained.
