文章提出用权利、义务来分析法律规范结构,进而将其分为权利性、义务性规范。权利性规范由适用条件,权利的规定构成;义务性规范由适用条件、义务的规定、法律责任的内容三部分构成,继而还分析了义务与责任关系,指出法律责任与法律制裁是内容与形式关系。文章并对职权性、奖励性规范作了专门论述。 The article proposes to use right and obligation to analyze the structure of legal norms, and then to divide them into rights and obligations. The normative norms are constituted by the provisions of applicable conditions and rights. The obligatory norms are composed of three parts which are the applicable conditions and obligations and the content of the legal liabilities, and then the relationship between obligations and responsibilities is analyzed. It is pointed out that the legal liability and the legal sanction are the content and the form relationship. The article made a special discussion about the authority and rewarding norms.
