以往关于免疫和神经内分泌系统间关系的研究表明,激素具有调节淋巴细胞的机能.作者晚近的研究发现,病毒感染的淋巴细胞在产生人淋巴细胞干扰素(IFN-α)的同时还产生免疫活性(ir)的激素,提示存在淋巴细胞调节神经内分泌机能的途径.这两条途径的结合提示在免疫和神经内分泌系统间存在完整的调节环路.本文将列举说明促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)和内啡肽参与这一完整调节环路的证据.
Previous studies on the relationship between the immune system and the neuroendocrine system have shown that hormones have the ability to regulate lymphocytes. A recent study by the authors found that virus-infected lymphocytes also produce immunocompetence while producing human lymphocyte interferon (IFN-α) (ir), suggesting that there is a pathway by which lymphocytes regulate neuroendocrine function.The combination of these two pathways suggests the existence of a complete regulatory loop between the immune and neuroendocrine systems.This article will list examples of adrenocorticotrophic hormone (ACTH) and Endorphins are involved in this complete regulatory loop of evidence.
