实验研究了分布反馈半导体激光器(DFB-SLs)在双光注入下的非线性动力学行为.研究结果表明:与单光注入相比,双光注入将使DFB-SLs呈现更丰富、更复杂的非线性动力学行为.固定两注入光的波长,获得了双光注入强度取不同值时DFB-SLs输出的光谱和功率谱信息.基于这些信息,对处于A,B和C三种不同情形下双光注入DFB-SLs所呈现的一些典型的动力学状态进行了判定.最后,给出了双光注入DFB-SLs输出的动力学状态在由两注入光的注入强度构成的参数空间的分布图,并确定了A,B和C情形所在的区域范围.
