针对布仑口—公格尔水电站引水系统陡深斜井施工中,二级配高性能混凝土浇筑因斜井角度大、混凝土溜送距离长、浇筑混凝土和安装钢管所需的人员和设备需不断地交替变换而造成的人工振捣困难、泵管易堵塞、施工速度缓慢和窝工等问题,进行混凝土配合比的调整,最终得到了浇筑顺畅、免振捣、能快速连续施工的一级配泵送自密实混凝土;并通过采取增加混凝土的分段浇筑长度(一般为80 m,最长一段为110 m),以及在溜管内整个溜送过程不设任何缓降装置的措施,从而简化了施工工序、降低了施工难度、提高了施工效率。
