提出了一个agent动态小世界网络仿真模型,结合了小世界网络结点和agent的双重特性,研究了HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus)在同性人群中传播扩散的动态过程。为了适应社会网络上HIV传播的动态特性,模型在小世界网络基础上增加两个个体之间的偶然关系和固定关系以及个体从系统中的移入和移出。介绍了HIV病情发展的不同阶段及疾病参数,考虑了个体的自主性和检测对HIV传播的影响。仿真结果表明该模型较好地反映了动态社会网络和个体自主性行为对HIV传播的影响。“,”This model proposed an agent dynamic small world network simulation model by studying the dynamic propagation of HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) among homosexual, which combined the small world network nodes with agents. This model added casual and steady partnerships between 2 agents and the entering and exit of agents from the system based on the small world network in order to adapt to the dynamic characteristics of social network for HIV propagation. In addition, the progression of HIV and disease parameters were introduced. The effects of autonomy and testing on the transmission of HIV were considered. The results of this simulation make it clear that this model can fairly reflect the effects of dynamic social network and individual autonomous behaviors on the transmission of HIV.
