为探讨儿童体成分与肺通气功能的关系,对147名8~12岁健康、发育正常的男女学生的体成分与肺通气功能指标进行典型相关分析。测量三头肌部和肩胛下角部皮脂厚度,并以两处皮脂厚度推算体成分:体脂百分比(%BF)、体脂肪(BF)和瘦体重(LBM)。测量肺通气功能各项指标。结果表明:体成分与肺通气功能的相关关系主要是瘦体重与肺活量(VC)的正相关及体脂百分比与补呼气率(ERV/VC×100%)的负相关,说明体成分对肺通气功能的影响,瘦体重与体脂百分比是主要因素。
In order to explore the relationship between body composition and pulmonary ventilation in children, the body composition and pulmonary ventilation function of 147 healthy and normal-aged boys and girls aged 8-12 years were analyzed. The sebaceous thickness was measured at the triceps and subscapularis and the body composition was calculated from the thickness of the two sebaceous follicles: percent body fat (BF), body fat (BF), and lean body mass (LBM). Measurement of lung ventilation function of the indicators. The results showed that body composition and pulmonary ventilation function were mainly related to the positive correlation between lean body mass and vital capacity (VC) and the negative correlation between body fat percentage and forced expiratory volume (ERV / VC × 100%). Ventilation function, lean body mass and body fat percentage is the main factor.
