目的利用微孔板建立微量试验法检测碘伏的抑菌和杀菌效果。方法用微孔板法鉴定中和剂对碘伏的中和效果;用微孔板悬液定量杀菌试验检测碘伏对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的杀灭效果;用微量肉汤法检测碘伏对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的最小抑菌浓度,平板划线后计算最小杀菌浓度。结果微孔板悬液定量杀灭实验显示,310~2 500 mg/L的碘伏随作用时间(30 s~5 min)延长,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的杀灭作用逐渐增强。碘伏对两种细菌的最小抑菌浓度和最小杀菌浓度均为625 mg/L。结论微孔板法可用于检测碘伏对常见细菌的抑菌和杀菌效果。
OBJECTIVE To establish a micro-assay method to detect the inhibitory and bactericidal effects of iodophor. Methods The neutralization effect of neutralizing agent on iodophor was evaluated by microplate method. The killing effect of iodophor on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was detected by microplate suspension quantitative bactericidal test. The minimum inhibitory concentration of iodophor on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was determined. The minimal bactericidal concentration was calculated after streaking. Results Microtiter plate suspension quantitative kill experiments showed that 310 ~ 2 500 mg / L of iodophor with the extension of time (30 s ~ 5 min), the killing effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli gradually increased . The minimum inhibitory concentration and the minimum bactericidal concentration of iodophor on both bacteria were 625 mg / L. Conclusion Microplate method can be used to detect iodophor antibacterial and bactericidal effect on common bacteria.
