某工程3780m~2的水泥砂浆地面于1996年3月施工,当年5月发现大面积脱皮、起砂。损失数万元。经检查,该地面的表层有一厚3~5mm的水泥净浆硬壳薄层,该薄层伴有空鼓、开裂现象。揭开硬壳层,便是薄薄的一层粉细砂,手指能抹动其粉末。说明事故原因是地面施工压光前,在其上撤了大量干水泥。 一、干水泥撒面的原因 施工规范要求楼地面水泥砂浆的配合比不宜低于1:2,其稠度不应大于3.5cm。这样施工的水泥砂浆楼地面,无需撒干水泥即可正常抹平、压光,其抗压强度不低于15MPa,不会脱皮、起
