自1978年以来作者将虹膜嵌顿术略加改良,作成结膜巩膜双层瓣,把虹膜嵌置于巩膜瓣下,以加强滤过泡壁的支持和保护作用。至1980年底共施术45例51眼,效果较好,初步报告于下。一般情况:45例51眼中,男18例21眼,女27例30眼。年龄50～78岁,平均62岁。急闭型9眼,慢闭型35眼,慢单型7眼。视力0.1以下12眼,0.1～0.3 24眼,0.4～0.611眼,0.8以上4眼。观察最短2年8个月,最长4年2个月,平均3年5个月。手术方法:基本同一般抗青光眼手术。
Since 1978, the author has slightly modified the iris incarceration to make a conjunctival scleral double-layer flap that is embedded under the scleral flap to enhance the support and protection of the filtered bleb wall. Visual acuity of 0.1 or less in 12 eyes, 0.1 ~ 0.3 24 eyes, 0.4 ~ 0.611 eyes, 0.8 more than 4 eyes. The shortest 2 years and 8 months, up to 4 years and 2 months, an average of 3 years and 5 months. Surgical methods: the same general anti-glaucoma surgery.
