以改良三甲散免煎颗粒剂1g/kg、2g/kg灌胃,并以脑复康0.5g/kg灌胃作为对照,观察了对以东莨菪碱3mg/kg腹腔注射复制的学习记忆障碍小鼠脑NO和NOS的影响,结果表明,改良三甲散能够降低正常小鼠和由东莨菪碱造成的记忆障碍小鼠脑NO的含量,拮抗由东莨菪碱造成的记忆障碍小鼠脑NOS活性的升高。
The rats were treated with modified Sanjiasan Yijian granules (1g/kg, 2g/kg) and intragastrically administered with Naofikang (0.5g/kg) as a control. The brains of learning and memory impairment mouse duplicated with scopolamine 3mg/kg were observed. The effects of NO and NOS showed that modified Sanjia San could reduce the NO content in the brain of mice with memory impairment caused by scopolamine and antagonize the increase of NOS activity in brain of mice with memory impairment caused by scopolamine.
