目的研究C D44在乳腺癌中的表达。方法应用免疫组化S蛳P法检测乳腺癌中C D44的表达。结果C D44蛋白表达与乳腺癌组织学类型、淋巴结转移呈正相关,与预后呈负相关,与组织学分级无明显相关性。结论C D44表达与乳腺浸润癌、转移及预后显著相关,检测乳腺癌中C D44表达水平,可用于乳腺癌恶性程度、复发转移潜能及预后的判断指标。 Objective To study the expression of C D44 in breast cancer. Methods The expression of C D44 in breast cancer was detected by immunohistochemical S 蛳 P method. Results C D44 protein expression was positively correlated with histological type and lymph node metastasis, but negatively correlated with prognosis. There was no significant correlation between C D44 protein expression and histological grade. Conclusions C D44 expression is significantly correlated with invasiveness, metastasis and prognosis of breast cancer. The detection of C D44 expression in breast cancer can be used to evaluate the malignant degree, recurrence and metastasis potential and prognosis of breast cancer.
