目的结合我国具体国情对辐射致癌的危害进行货币化估价是辐射防护最优化及辐射损害赔偿等工作中所面临的重要问题。方法本工作根据近年来我国实际的癌症患者医疗费用,人口特征以及癌症自然死亡率情况分别计算了食道、胃、结肠、肝、肺、乳腺、卵巢、膀胱、骨、皮肤、白血病、甲状腺及其他器官共13种癌症的辐射致癌危害代价。结果研究结果表明现阶段我国人群的辐射致癌总危害代价约在5.67×105元/人Sv左右。结论现阶段我国对辐射致癌效应每单位集体剂量指定的危害代价应约在60万元左右。该值的估算可为辐射相关实践的正当性判断和防护最优化奠定基础,同时为从行政和法律上处理个人因受照而造成的健康损害赔偿以及对受照个人的健康效应的病因判断等方面提供有用的参考。
