临床和实验研究均已证实654-2具有较好抗休克效应。晚近有实验表明,它在改善休克动物血液动力学状况,提高存活率的同时还可减少缺血内脏溶酶体酶的释放。已有工作说明654-2有抑制低氧离体灌流大鼠肝脏释放溶酶体酶的作用以及一定的钙拮抗剂样作用。本工作比较654-2和已知钙拮抗剂异搏定对灌流离体大鼠肝脏溶酶体酶释放的直接影响,以探讨654-2的细胞保护、抑制溶酶体酶释放的作用是否与阻断细胞膜钙离子内流有关。
