手足口病是婴幼儿常见传染病,是一种以手、足、口腔出现水疱为主要特征的病毒感染性疾病,该病的主要病原体为柯萨奇病毒A组16型(CoxA16)和肠道病毒71型(EV71),二者所致的手足口病临床难以区别,但EV71引起的症状较重,并可伴发无菌性脑膜炎、脑炎、瘫痪及病毒性心肌炎等严重并发症[1],现将我科2010-01-2010-12收治的小儿手足口病920例患儿临床资料分析如下。
Hand-foot-mouth disease is a common infectious disease in infants and young children. It is a viral infectious disease characterized by blisters on the hands, feet and mouth. The major pathogens are Coxsackie A, type 16 (CoxA16) Virus 71 (EV71), both hand-foot-and-mouth disease clinically difficult to distinguish, but EV71 caused severe symptoms and may be associated with aseptic meningitis, encephalitis, paralysis and viral myocarditis and other serious complications [ 1], now our department 2010-01-2010-12 admitted to children with HFMD 920 cases of clinical data analysis as follows.
