新课程改革中把教学反思提高到了教学行为中前所未有的高度,著名的美国教育心理学家波斯纳提出了一个教师成长公式成长=经验+反思。如果没有反思,教师的教学就会仅仅是一种重复单调的工作,沿袭自己的昨天,循规蹈矩,一成不变。所以教师在上完一堂课后,要及时地对教学任务的完成、存在的问题、学生的学习情绪,教后的感受,课堂教学的设计和实施进行回顾和反思,将经验和教训记录在案,以便今后调整教学方法,及时查漏补缺。教学反思是实实在在的教研行动,能使自己在以后的教学中不断地发扬优点、改进缺点,从而不断地提高自己的教学质量和教学能力。
