Around many real estate companies, the battle over land has not been a simple land issue from the very beginning. On February 28, 2002, at the first bidding ceremony of the land exchange market in Beijing, R & F took out 49 hectares of land of Guangqumen East Fifth Factory for 3.16 billion yuan and became the first “shoot champion” of Beijing property market. On January 14, 2004, Beijing Municipal Government successfully auctioned all kinds of commercial land for the first land auction since its bidding and auction.
