阐述了研制月尘胶结质模拟物对于提高模拟月尘真实度的意义,开展了胶结质初始物质的选择、熔融实验、实验结果分析以及制备工艺总结的研究工作。初始物质选用基性斜长石粉末和火山渣粉末的混合物,熔融加热设备采用马弗炉。实验结果分析表明,1200℃加热20min所得的不完全熔融产物在微观形貌、化学成分、玻璃化程度和掺杂纳米铁颗粒等方面与真实月尘胶结质相近,可以作为高真实度模拟月尘中的胶结质材料。
The significance of developing moon dust binding simulants to improve the authenticity of simulated moon dust was expounded. The selection of raw materials for cementation, melting experiments, analysis of experimental results and the summary of preparation techniques were carried out. The initial material selection of the mixture of basic plagioclase powder and volcanic slag powder, melt heating equipment using muffle furnace. The experimental results show that the incomplete melting products obtained by heating at 1200 ℃ for 20min have the same physical properties as the real moon-dust cementing in terms of microstructure, chemical composition, vitrification degree and doped nano-iron particles, which can simulate the moon dust as high realism In the cementitious materials.
