随着经济社会发展的水平的逐渐提高,各企业间的竞争也越来越激烈,但从根本上说各个行业的竞争都是人才上的竞争。所以在新的发展环境中,文章根据企业人力资源绩效管理概念和其现状,探讨其存在的问题并在解决这些问题,来增强我国企业人力资源绩效管理能力,提高企业竞争力。
As the level of economic and social development gradually rises and competition among enterprises becomes more and more fierce, fundamentally speaking, the competition in all industries is the competition in talent.
