This year’s dust weather is particularly frequent. People are confused, after more than two dozen Arbor Day, why dust up frequently up? Someone explained that it is a “festival” in the word mischief, the “tree” behind the “Festival” word just fine, I do not know whether this is the case. Friends together Haitian Chak Kan. One of them told a thought-provoking story. A county government compound “take the lead in greening”, the first secretary of love poplar tall and straight, the compound is planted with poplars; the second secretary Ai Liushu graceful, so cut planted Yang Liu; Green, so cut willow pine. A few years later, the county compound left just a barren. This story may not be true, but it reflects the general phenomenon that some of our leaders are accustomed to negating the past and rendering the policy uncontinuous.
