声带小结和声带息肉是喉部的常见疾病,以往常采用间接喉镜、直达喉镜及全麻直撑喉镜下手术摘除,但这些手术对技术要求较高,病人痛苦大,术后复发率高。我科自1997年3月至1998年11月在纤维喉镜下微波治疗声带小结及声带息肉共34例,取得良好的治疗效果,现报告如下。资料与方法一、临床资料 34例患者中男20例,女14例,年龄22～67岁。声带小结22例,声带息肉12例,其中带蒂息肉6例,广基鱼腹状息肉6例;息肉位于声带前联合5例,其余位于声带前中2/3部位。
Vocal nodules and vocal cord polyps is a common disease of the throat, used to use indirect laryngoscope, direct laryngoscope and laryngoscope anesthesia straight laryngoscope surgery, but these techniques require higher technical, patient pain, postoperative recurrence rate high. Our department from March 1997 to November 1998 under the microwave laryngoscope microwave vocal nodules and vocal cord polyp 34 cases, and achieved good therapeutic effect, are as follows. Materials and Methods First, the clinical data of 34 patients, 20 males and 14 females, aged 22 to 67 years. 22 cases of vocal nodules, 12 cases of vocal cord polyps, including 6 cases of pedunculated polyps, 6 cases of wide-belly polyps of abdominal polyps; polyps located in front of the vocal cord in 5 cases, and the rest in 2/3 of the vocal cords.
