社会化政务,即通过社会化媒体实现政务管理和创新,是电子政务发展的最新趋势。本文以社会表征理论作为基本的理论视角,通过分析访谈数据,探索性地解析了当前我国公众对于社会化政务的集体理解,并由此分析了社会化政务这一现象的主要构成概念以及之间的关系,初步分析了其中存在的影响机制。本文研究初步表明社会化媒体能够支撑政府的管理创新。然而,要实现提高政府公信力等更高的目标,需要政府部门和人员更加关注社会化政务内在的评判属性,包括信息质量和内容等。本文初步揭示了社会化政务这一新兴现象,为将来的研究提供了一定的基础,也为我国社会化政务的实施提供一定的理论支持和实践指导,同时也展示了如何将社会表征理论用于管理学研究。 Socialization of government affairs, that is, the realization of government affairs management and innovation through social media, is the latest trend of the development of e-government.
