通过铋盐水解法制备了薄片状氯氧化铋(Bi OCl)晶体。采用X射线衍射仪、热场发射扫描电子显微镜、高分辨场发射透射电子显微镜和热重分析仪表征了晶体产物的物相、晶体形貌和热解行为,研究了晶体的光催化性能。结果表明:水解法可制备纳米薄片状氯氧化铋晶体,其厚度约为70 nm,截面尺寸约300 nm×500 nm;氯氧化铋晶体在600℃开始分解,分解中间产物为Bi_xCl_y、Bi_xO_yCl_z、Bi_2O_3,于800℃分解结束,最终分解产物为Bi_3O_4Cl。
Flake-like bismuth oxychloride (Bi OCl) crystals were prepared by bismuth salt hydrolysis. The phase, crystal morphology and pyrolysis behavior of the product were characterized by X-ray diffraction, thermal field emission scanning electron microscopy, high-resolution field emission transmission electron microscopy and thermogravimetric analysis. The photocatalytic properties of the crystal were also studied. The results show that the nano-flaky bismuth oxychloride crystal can be prepared by hydrolysis, the thickness is about 70 nm and the cross-sectional size is about 300 nm × 500 nm. The bismuth oxychloride crystals begin to decompose at 600 ℃, and the intermediate products are Bi_xCl_y, Bi_xO_yCl_z, Bi_2O_3 , At 800 ℃ decomposition end, the final decomposition products Bi_3O_4Cl.
