目的研究幼年小型猪垂体不同单次剂量照射的放射反应。方法X射线一次性照射小型猪垂体,实验分为对照组、5、10、15和20Gy组,观察不同剂量对猪垂体和靶腺器官行组织学影响。结果20Gy组垂体腺细胞轻度固缩、退变,间质小血管充血、增生;各照射组睾丸萎缩,重量减轻,睾丸间质细胞及精原细胞含量下降,且与剂量相关;15Gy和20Gy组甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞不同程度退变;光镜观察未见肾上腺明显改变。结论垂体激素分泌细胞有不同的放射敏感性,性腺轴最敏感,甲状腺轴次之,肾上腺轴较拒抗。
Objective To study the radiation effects of different single doses of pituitary gland in young miniature pigs. Methods X - ray was used to irradiate the pituitary of miniature pigs at one time. The experiment was divided into control group, 5,10,15 and 20Gy groups. The histological changes of porcine pituitary and target gland were observed under different doses. Results The pituitary gland cells of 20Gy group were mildly condensed and degenerated, and the interstitial small blood vessels were hyperemic and hyperplastic. The testicular atrophy and weight loss in each irradiation group decreased, and the content of testicular stromal cells and spermatogonia decreased. Thyroid follicular epithelial cells degenerated to varying degrees; no significant changes in the adrenal gland observed by light microscopy. Conclusions Pituitary hormone secreting cells have different radiosensitivity, gonadal axis is the most sensitive, followed by thyroid axis, adrenal axis refusal to resist.
