本文讨论了圆形波长渐变滤光片的形成原理,膜系的设计分析以及制备工艺等。给出了所得结果:可见区(0.4~0.7μ)T_(max)=14~75%;相对半宽度≤1.4%;0.4~1.1μ范围内次峰小于0.1%;1.1~2.6μ范围内次峰小于5%。红外区(0.7~1.1μ)T_(max)=40~60%;相对半宽度≤2.2%;0.4~1.8μ范围内次峰小于0.3%。整个圆形波长渐变滤光片的线性为1%左右。
This paper discusses the formation of circular wavelength gradient filter theory, design and analysis of membrane system and preparation process. The results obtained are as follows: T max (0.4-0.7μ) = 14-75%; relative half-width ≤ 1.4%; sub-peak within 0.4-1.1μ is less than 0.1%; within 1.1-2.6μ Peak less than 5%. Infrared (0.7 ~ 1.1μ) T_ (max) = 40 ~ 60%; relative half-width≤2.2%; secondary peak in 0.4 ~ 1.8μ range less than 0.3%. The linearity of the entire circular wavelength gradient filter is about 1%.
